Chapter 1 : General Provisions


Article 1 [Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate basic matters regarding the conditions and procedures for using the internet service (hereinafter referred to as the 'service') provided by 'golitenergy' (hereinafter referred to as the 'site').


Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)

① These terms and conditions become effective when notified to users through service screens or other methods.

② The site may change the contents of these Terms and Conditions, and the changed Terms and Conditions take effect by notifying or notifying in the same way as in Paragraph 1.


Article 3 (Definition of terms)

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.

① Member: An individual or group that has entered into a service use contract with the site or has been given a user ID.

② Applicant: An individual or organization applying for membership.

③ ID: A combination of letters and numbers determined by the member and approved by the site for member identification and service use.

④ Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the member to confirm that the member is a member matching the ID given to the member and to protect the member's own secret.

⑤ Cancellation: The site or member cancels the service use contract.


 

Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement


Article 4 (Establishment of contract of use)

① If you click the Agree button at the bottom of the Terms of Use, you are deemed to agree to these Terms and Conditions.

② The use contract is established when the site accepts the application for use after agreeing to the terms and conditions of the person who wants to use the service.


Article 5 (Application for Use)

① In order for the applicant to use this service, he/she must record and submit the user information requested in the site-prescribed subion application form.

② All user information entered in the application form is considered to be actual data. Users who do not enter their real name or real information cannot receive legal protection and may be subject to service restrictions.


Article 6 (Approval of application for use)

① The site accepts the application for service use by the applicant with the exception of paragraphs 2 and 3.

② In the following cases, the site may withhold approval until the reason for the restriction on acceptance of the application is resolved.

a. If there is no room for service-related facilities

b. In case of technical difficulties

c. When other sites are deemed necessary

③ The site may refuse approval if the applicant falls under any of the following.

a. If you apply using the name of another individual (site)

b. In the case of applying with false user information

c. If the application is made for the purpose of hindering social well-being and order or morals

d. If you do not meet the application requirements for use of other sites


Article 7 (Change of User Information)

If the member information entered at the time of application for use is changed, the member must correct it online, and the member is responsible for any problems caused by not changing it.

 


Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties


Article 8 (Obligations of the site)

① The site provides the services of each subparagraph to members.

a. Sending newsletters about new services and domain information

b. Automatic input of personal information when registering additional domains

c. Various additional services for domain registration and management

② The site cannot disclose, disclose, or distribute the member's personal information acquired in connection with the service provision to others without the member's consent, and cannot be used for commercial purposes other than service-related work. However, cases falling under 1 of each of the following subparagraphs are exceptions.

a. When there is a request from a government agency in accordance with the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications

b. For criminal investigation purposes or when there is a request from the Information Communication Ethics Committee

c. If there is a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated by other relevant laws and regulations

③ The site is obliged to provide services continuously and reliably as stipulated in these terms and conditions.

 

Article 9 (Obligations of Members)

① Members must not engage in any of the following acts when using the service.

a. Illegal use of another member's ID

b. Reproduction of information obtained from the service for purposes other than the member's use without the site's prior consent, or using it for change, publication, broadcasting, etc., or providing it to others

c. An act of violating other rights, such as the copyright of the site and the copyright of others

d. An act of distributing information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and morals to others

e. An act that is objectively determined to be related to a crime

f. Acts that violate other related laws

② Members must comply with the relevant laws, the matters stipulated in these terms and conditions, and service usage guidelines and precautions.

③ Members must comply with the usage restrictions posted by the site in the service notice or separately notified by content.


 


Chapter 4 Service Provision and Use


Article 10 (Member's obligations regarding member ID and password management)

① Members are responsible for all management of ID and password. Members are fully responsible for all consequences arising from negligent management and illegal use of IDs and passwords assigned to members.

② Members must notify the site of any fraudulent use of their ID or other security violations.


Article 11 (Service Restriction and Suspension)

① In the event of an exhibition, incident, natural disaster, or national emergency equivalent thereto, or there is a risk of occurrence, the site

In the case of other force majeure reasons, such as the suspension of telecommunications service by telecommunications service providers pursuant to the Telecommunications Business Act, all or part of the service may be restricted or suspended.

② When the site restricts or suspends the use of the service in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1, it must notify the member without delay of the reason and limitation period.


 


Chapter 5 Changes and Termination of Contracts


Article 12 (Change of Information)

If a member wants to change customer information such as address and password, he or she can do so by using the member information change service on the homepage.


Article 13 (Termination of Agreement)

Members may terminate the service use contract, and in case of cancellation, the member himself or herself must apply for cancellation through the service or through the website by phone or online. The site restricts the member's use of the service from the day the cancellation application is received. If a member wishes to terminate the use contract in accordance with any of the following subparagraphs, the site shall notify the user of the intention up to 7 days prior to the cancellation action and give the user an opportunity to explain.

① If the customer violates the use restriction regulations or does not resolve the reason for restriction within the use restriction period

② When the Information Communication Ethics Committee requests use

③ If the user does not respond to the statement of opinion without a justifiable reason

④ In the event that an application is made in the name of another person, or a use contract is concluded by attaching false documents or false information in the application

The site may restrict subion for a separately set period for customers who have been terminated in accordance with the above regulations.



Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages

 

Article 14 (Disclaimer)

① The site is exempted from liability for damages caused by the member's failure to obtain expected benefits from the provision of services or the selection or use of service data.

② The site is exempted from liability in the event that the service is disrupted or the member's data is damaged due to reasons attributable to the member or intentional intention of a third party.

③ The site is exempted from responsibility for the contents of materials posted or transmitted by members.

④ In the case of domains with trademark rights, the responsibility for damages or compensation that may arise from this lies with the member who purchased it, and the site does not take any responsibility for it.



Article 15 (Competent Court)

In the event of a dispute between the site and its members in relation to the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the site's headquarters shall be the competent court.
